Base pay range$40.00/hr – $65.00/hr

- We pay third‑party labor time for all warranty repairs. This is a major advantage for efficiency and productivity, and it supports accurate time expectations on every job.
- Diagnose and repair diesel vehicles including engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and related components
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot issues
- Document all repairs and maintenance accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work closely with service advisors and the parts department to complete repairs on schedule
- Stay informed on new technology and industry updates
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Assist and mentor apprentices and less experienced technicians when needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of diesel technician experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, and related systems
- Ability to use diagnostic equipment and read technical manuals
- Solid time management and multitasking ability
- Must have your own tools
- Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset
- Able to lift up to fifty pounds and stand for long periods of time
