As a Carpentry Foreman, you will direct a crew in the carpentry division. You will work with crew members while encouraging a commitment to safety, the people we serve, and the communities where we work.

• Direct and lead a carpentry crew to ensure work runs effectively and profitably within the division.
• Track and maintain job hours against the production plan and communicate daily goals with the crew.
• Utilize blueprint reading skills to coordinate construction phases and pre-plan work, including day-to-day safety hazards and job-specific look-ahead hazards (SQPs).
• Promote safety as a top priority on all CCC job sites and ensure employees remain focused on safety for themselves and others.
• Adhere to physical requirements, including the ability to lift/push/pull 50-100 pounds consistently.
• Support travel as needed for the role.

• Strong independent problem-solving skills and carpentry leadership experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and coordinate construction phases.
• Willingness to travel for work.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.
