Butler Machinery Co and Butler Ag are launching the ButlerMAX program to train future Ag Equipment Diesel Technicians. The 2-year pathway blends LATC coursework with paid internships at Butler stores across ND, SD, NE and MT, culminating in an AAS degree in Diesel Technology.
Graduates may enter full-time technician roles with starting pay above $32.73/hour. The program offers scholarship support, hands-on training on AGCO systems and careers with opportunities for advancement within Butler
