In this role, you will oversee day-to-day program operations, support and mentor Direct Support Professionals, and ensure high‐quality, person‐centered services. You’ll work closely with Program Coordinators and leadership to keep programs running smoothly while making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.
What You’ll Do- Lead and support a team of Direct Support Professionals and Assistant Managers.
- Ensure individualized program needs are met through active participation in ISP/IEP meetings.
- Create and manage staff schedules, provide coverage when needed, and communicate changes promptly.
- Hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff; foster a positive, supportive team culture.
- Ensure accurate documentation, data tracking, financial records, and timely reports.
- Maintain safe, well‑supplied, and welcoming homes and agency vehicles.
- Ensure compliance with agency policies, confidentiality standards, and state licensure requirements.
- Participate in on‑call rotation, staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
- If applicable, carry out delegated nursing interventions and medication administration requirements.
- A self‑motivated, compassionate leader who thrives both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Commitment to supporting children and individuals with disabilities.
- Willingness to obtain DD certification within 18 months and Medication Technician certification.

Knowledge & Skills- Ability to manage basic household tasks.
- Strong observation skills with the ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Basic computer proficiency.

- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
- Additional experience and/or a four‑year degree in a related human services field is a plus.
- Must obtain DD certification within 18 months of hire.
