pinnacle placements llc is seeking a part-time DSP to join our onsite team in Bismarck, ND.

As a DSP (Direct Support Professional), you will play a meaningful role in supporting individuals to live more independently and reach their personal goals. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, patient, and committed to respectful, person-centered care.

You will help ensure daily routines run smoothly while providing active support, encouragement, and skill-building opportunities in a supportive environment.

• Provide direct, person-centered support to individuals in their day-to-day activities and routines

• Assist with skill development related to daily living, communication, and independence

• Support implementation of individualized plans and document progress as required

• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment at all times

• Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to ensure continuity of care

• Ability to reliably work part-time onsite in Bismarck, ND

• Experience supporting others in a caregiving, service, or direct support role (preferred) or strong transferable experience

• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a respectful approach to working with diverse individuals

• Ability to follow established procedures and maintain accurate, timely documentation

• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and confidentiality

• Prior experience in direct support, caregiving, or human services

• Training or experience related to behavior support, de-escalation, or crisis prevention

• Familiarity with documentation practices in a support setting

• Comfort supporting individuals in community or routine-based activities

Hourly rate: $18.00 - $19.00
