Typical DayAs a client service professional/receptionist you will meet clients in person, on the phone, or virtually, schedule appointments, and build strong client relationships.
Responsibilities- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, inviting manner.
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
- Schedule clients per their preferences.
- Ensure all client needs are met during service.
- Maintain office cleanliness and resource organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible schedule and ability to work in multiple locations.
- Sales/marketing experience (optional).
- Experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Ability to multi‑task and strong organizational/time‑management skills.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
