Job Location: Bixby North Branch - Bixby, OK

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:15am to 5:10pm with rotating Saturdays, 8:45am to 12:10pm.
Hours vary depending on business needs.

• Provide exceptional customer service in both personal banking and teller transactions.
• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, account openings, and loan inquiries.
• Educate customers on banking products, digital tools, and services.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all daily operations.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous customer service, sales, or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn banking systems and processes quickly.
