- Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited institution; on track to obtain licensure in the field.
- Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) preferred.
- Certification in EMDR therapy.
- Experience completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Ability to complete and submit documentation promptly.
- Comfort working with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Office 365 and electronic health record systems (Valant experience is a plus).
- Fully licensed clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further mission of filling gaps in community.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
Full‑time position with 30 work hours per week (approximately 27 client hours and 3 hours of administrative time). Flexibility to work with a schedule that serves you and focuses on helping your passion population.
