We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations & Paid Media Specialist to support internal business systems and digital advertising efforts.

This hybrid role combines hands-on operations and process work with the execution and management of paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate is comfortable switching between system improvement, process documentation, and advertising platform management.

1. Systems & Process Management

• Maintain and improve system processes (primarily in Click Up)
• Create, update, and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Support process documentation and continuous improvement efforts
• Assist with leadership meeting preparation, agendas, and follow-up
• Help track key company metrics and scorecards
• Support priority setting, goal tracking, and accountability processes
• Maintain tools and documentation related to the company’s operating rhythm

• Set up and manage Facebook (Meta) retargeting campaigns
• Handle Google Ads account setup and ongoing management
• Manage Bing/Microsoft Ads setup and optimization
• Oversee day-to-day ad account management across platforms
• Monitor performance and make basic optimizations as directed
