My name is Jeremy, and I am the owner of a growing digital marketing agency here in the south Tulsa area. We are looking to hire someone that wants to learn cutting-edge marketing and increase their skills. We train team members and provide opportunities to grow into department managers.

The Google Ads Marketing Assistant position involves (we train):
- Setting up Google Ad campaigns
- Setting up Google Analytics
- Configuring and setting up Google Tag Manager
- Setting up and testing Conversion tracking
- Setting up retargeting campaigns
- Setting up Display and Youtube campaigns
- Monitoring conversions and search terms to make proper adjustments
- Reviewing metrics and KPI's to make adjustments to bids and strategy
- Communicating clearly with clients
- Willing to learn new strategies
Skills that's helpful
- Experience with Google Ads
- Experience with Google Tag manager
- Experience with Google Data Studio
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Experience with Google Video youtube ads
- Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or any graphic design app
- Experience in copywriting and editing is a big plus
- Understanding of project management principles
- Working knowledge of MS Office; photo and video-editing software is a plus
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
- Critical thinking and creativity are necessary to build amazing websites.
The role doesn't include just a single project at a time, so keeping up with multiple video meetings, requests, and information is vital.
- Excellence in every task assigned, attention to detail, and providing support for the clients are central pillars of the position. Skills necessary include good communication skills, being "tech-savvy," hungry to learn, and ready to get multiple assignments done throughout the week.
