We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a strong interest in functional medicine, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, and wellness-based care. The ideal candidate is skilled in creating personalized treatment plans, interpreting comprehensive lab work, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

This is a part-time position based at our Bixby location. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday. No nights or weekends required.

• Perform comprehensive wellness evaluations and physical assessments
• Interpret laboratory results and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based care for hormone therapy, weight loss, and functional medicine protocols
• Prescribe and manage appropriate therapies and medications within scopeli>
• Educate patients on nutrition, supplements, and sustainable lifestyle changes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR
• Collaborate with medical and aesthetic teams to ensure continuity of care

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed in the state of Oklahoma
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in internal medicine, primary care, functional medicine, hormone therapy, or weight management
• Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication, patient education, and interpersonal abilities
• Experience or interest in aesthetic medicine and advanced therapies is a plus
