ALF Recruit are working with a well-established accountancy practice to appoint an Accounts Assistant, joining a firm that genuinely invests in its people through study support and a clear route for progression.

This is a role for someone who wants to build a proper career in practice rather than just tick along in a job. You'll be working predominantly on Xero, handling client bookkeeping and getting hands-on exposure to accounts preparation, with regular direct contact with clients. What you'll be doing

• Managing client bookkeeping using Xero as the primary system
