Position: Account Coordinator - 12 months FTC

Client Account Coordinator – Full Time Fixed Term, 12 Months

Location:

Blackburn (BB1 2PR
).

Working hours:

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00am‑5:00pm. Office based.

Salary up to £27,000 per annum. Key Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for day‑to‑day management of key customers, making intelligent decisions.
  • Work closely with several Account Directors to manage day‑to‑day client expectations.
  • Proactively manage outstanding jobs – order, service and callouts.
  • Build professional business relationships with designated customers, maintaining courtesy communication.
  • Manage visit reports and quotations.
  • Resolve customer disputes, liaising with other areas of the business as necessary.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly/annual KPI information.
  • Organise and prioritise own workload.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Exceptional administrator with passion for outstanding customer service.
  • Background in coordinating/supporting volume or national customer accounts, or experience within an account management environment.
  • Strong communicator, able to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Solution‑focused, strives to understand and resolve issues within SLAs and deadlines.
  • Solid IT literacy, including strong Excel skills, responsible for producing reports.
  • Prioritise workloads & multitask effectively, managing multiple customers concurrently.
