Master Plan
  • Step 1 → $1Bn/yr:
    Over the last 12 months we've grown 40x to >100k UK GLP-1 patients. In 2026, we’ll hit $1Bn/yr and become #1 GLP-1 provider in UK.
  • Step 2 → $10Bn/yr:
    Blitz scale Europe. Become Europe’s largest GLP-1 provider by acquiring, retooling, then rapidly scaling regulated infrastructure across the top 10 EU markets, just as we did in the UK.
  • Step 3 → $100Bn/yr:
    Use our scale to vertically integrate across agentic patient care, autonomous prescribing, robotic dispensing, and dark factory manufacturing of medication. We'll be the first and only vertically integrated AI doctor in Europe.

TLDR =  is the blitz scale landgrab until the semaglutide patent cliff, then we vertically integrate and own the whole value chain. The only way to keep up with this scale is to replace all marginal human time with AI.

Our infrastructure will have served 100 million patients worldwide by 2035. We’ll then use that infrastructure to deliver next-generation healthcare products at mass scale for low cost so every human can live at least 100 healthy years.

In so doing, we’ll become the world’s first trillion-dollar healthcare company.

UK Talent Lead at Bolt Pharmacy

As UK Talent Lead at Bolt Pharmacy, your fundamental role is to make sure that’s actually true.

This is not a traditional HR role. You are not here to sit in the back office, process paperwork, or act as a passive support function. You are here to raise the talent density of the company, protect an A player culture, and build the systems that allow exceptional people to do the best work of their lives.

Your mandate is simple, but difficult:

  • Proactively recruit the best talent in the UK
  • Build a tight People Ops function (onboarding, training, payroll, equity, systems) that scales as we grow
  • Make sure no part of the operation is ever blocked by lack of headcount, weak hiring, poor onboarding, or avoidable people‑process gaps
  • Help create a culture where high standards are normal, ownership is expected, and A players want to stay

Great performance in this role means growth is never constrained by talent. No matter what type of operator the business needs, you know where to find them. You’ll stay close enough to the operation to understand what great looks like, and stay proactive enough so that we’re never caught flat‑footed.

You will manage relationships with locum agencies, stay close to leadership forecasting, and make sure every team has the talent and support needed to execute. You will work directly with senior leaders, not around them. This role requires someone who can move fast, hold a high bar, and operate with very little hand‑holding.

If you really nail this role, you’ll be considered for future senior roles (UK Chief of Staff, Global Head of Recruiting) as Bolt and AIOS scale.

This is a full‑time, fully on‑site role at Bolt Pharmacy in Blackburn, England. You’ll report directly to the AIOS Head of Talent (Jordan Pellikan as Interim).

You’ll also work most closely with:

  • Rich Hannibal (UK General Manager)
  • Tanvir Ahmed (Founder’s Associate)
Key Responsibilities
  • Talent acquisition:
    Own end‑to‑end hiring across Bolt Pharmacy: build pipelines, craft sharp job adverts, run tight processes, coordinate interviews, drive offers, and close exceptional candidates across all functions.
  • Sourcing and pipeline building:
    Build repeatable sourcing engines for critical roles. Map talent markets, work referrals, proactively outreach candidates, and keep warm pipelines ready before the business is desperate.
  • Operationalised Onboarding:
    Make sure new hires become productive quickly through strong onboarding.
  • People operations:
    Build and run the core people systems: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, employee…
