Compliance & Operations Assistant

Are you highly organised, detail-focused and interested in supporting compliance, operations and business improvement across a successful commercial vehicle dealership group? We are looking for a Compliance & Operations Assistant to join Ciceley Commercials Ltd at our Blackburn site. This varied role will support key areas including compliance, governance, health and safety, HR administration, facilities, environmental management and operational support, helping to ensure our business continues to meet legal, regulatory and Mercedes-Benz standards while promoting continuous improvement across all sites.

To assist with the Company’s compliance, governance, health & safety, HR administration, facilities management, environmental management systems, and business support functions. This role ensures that Ciceley Commercials Ltd operates in accordance with all applicable legal, regulatory, contractual and Mercedes-Benz standards, whilst promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the business.
