A leading construction company based in Blackburn is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support financial management of Contracts across projects in the North West. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction, knowledge of NEC Contracts, and hold a BSc in Quantity Surveying. Responsibilities include managing contractual obligations, preparing payment applications, and certifying subcontractor valuations. This role requires a full UK manual driving licence.
