We are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Civil Engineering Contractor delivering major infrastructure schemes across the Northwest This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing business and play a key role in the delivery of complex, high-value engineering projects supporting critical infrastructure across the region. The role will involve working on major civil engineering schemes across sectors including water, utilities, energy, transport and wider public infrastructure.
The successful candidate will join an expanding regional team delivering projects ranging in value up to 150m, working with a range of public sector organisations, private clients and strategic partners. This is an opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking business focused on delivering sustainable, resilient infrastructure that supports communities for the future.
My client is a multidisciplinary civil engineering contractor operating nationally with a turnover in the region of 500m. Their Civil Infrastructure division is a key area of growth for the business, providing excellent opportunities for career development and progression.
Criteria:
Experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a contractor delivering projects up to 100m+ in value.
Strong experience working with NEC forms of contract.
Experience managing subcontract procurement and commercial relationships.
Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure schemes.
Proven track record delivering civil engineering projects including highways, earthworks, drainage, structures and associated infrastructure works.
Ability to demonstrate long-term commitment and progression within previous organisations (this role is not suited to freelance professionals).On
