Youwilljoinour Commercialteamsupportingavarietyofprojectscoveringthe North West Region .

Youwillsupportfinancialmanagementof Contracts,inpartnershipwiththe

Contracts

Manager sand/orProject

Managers.

• Workinpartnershipwithsitemanagement,commerciallysupportingsitesasrequired,todevelopaproactivesiteteam.
  
  Ensuringthatcontractualobligationsareidentifiedandadministered.
• Vetcontractdocumentationonreceiptfrom Clienttoensurecompatibilitywiththe Company ’sTenderandsubsequentnegotiations
• Produce Commercial Risk Registerforeachcontract .Monitorriskandassistinimplementationofagreedmitigationmeasures
• Prepareandissueenquiriesfor Major Plant &Equipment and Sub-Contractpackages.
  
  Vetquotationscommerciallyandnegotiatepriceandtermswithvendors.
  
  Issueresultant Purchase Orders
• Prepareandsubmit Applications for Paymentand /or Invoices,obtain
  
  Payment Certificatesandprogress Client Paymentsinaccordancewithcontractualprovisions
• Measure,submitandagree
  
  Variations,Loss&Expense and/orCompensation Eventsinaccordancewithcontractualprovisionstofacilitatepromptagreementof Final Accounts
• Monitoron-siterecordkeeping.
  
  Prepareandissue Noticesinaccordancewithcontractualprovisions
• Prepareandsubmitmonthly Cost Value Reconciliations and Cash /Spend Profiles.
  
  Attend Contract Review Meetings
• Authorisationandcodingof Suppliers’andSub-Contractors’Invoicesandsubmissionto Financeforpayment
• Measure,certifyandagree
  
  Sub-Contractorsinterimvaluationsandfinalaccounts.
  
  Prepareandissuecontractualnoticesto Sub-Contractors

• Aquantitysurveyorwhohasasuccessfulconstructionportfolio
• GoodknowledgeofNECContracts
• EducatedtoBScin Quantity Surveying (orotherequivalentcommerciallyrelateddiscipline)
• Memberof Profession Institution (e.g.MRICSorsimilar)
• Haveknowledgeandworkingexperienceof Mechanical/Electricalservicesand/or utilities
• Beabletodemonstratecommercialawareness/acumen
• FullUKmanualdrivinglicence
