About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Customer service Advisor/Scheduler to join our dynamic Customer Service Operations team. You’ll play a vital role in coordinating technician visits, supporting onboarding for new clients, and ensuring seamless communication with adult social care teams.

This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where your attention to detail and commitment to excellent service will help us deliver life-enhancing care to those who need it most.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and manage technician diaries for installations, repairs, and collections.
  • Support onboarding of new customers under fully managed contracts.
  • Handle inbound calls and emails, providing clear and compassionate support.
  • Liaise with adult social care and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records across all systems, including account creation and updates.
  • Work to meet KPIs and SLAs while promoting a positive client experience.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Enthusiasm, patience, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Empathy, active listening, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT systems.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a team-first attitude.
  • 1+ years’ experience in a scheduling or coordination role.
  • Background in a fast-paced customer service or care environment.
