M  Dental is assisting a dental practice in Blackburn, Lancashire, to recruit an Associate Dentist on a permanent basis.

• Position available immediately, with notice periods considered.
• Working hours:
  
  Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm.
• Mix of NHS & Private patients.
• Private income paid at a 45% split.
• NHS rate negotiable, dependent on private treatment offerings and willingness to mentor another dentist.
• Taking over an existing patient list.
• Practice composition: 67% NHS, 33% Private.
• Suitable for general dentist practitioners.
• EU Dentists & ORE dentists considered.
• Sponsorship and Tier 2 visa support available.
• All private skills are welcome.
• Long-established practice with 5 surgeries.
• Facilities include digital X-rays and iTero scanner.
• Public parking opposite the practice and nearby train station.
