Job Opportunity: 30 Hours Dental Receptionist

Are you an experienced Dental Receptionist or Patient Coordinator looking for a flexible, part‑time role within a thriving dental practice?
Eden Dental Studio is seeking a part‑time Dental Receptionist to work 35 hours per week, covering Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday.

Some of our practices open between 7am and 7pm. Working hours will be discussed at the interview.

Pay is dependent on experience, and this role may also suit a qualified dental nurse wishing to transition into a receptionist or treatment coordinator role.

Eden Dental Studio is a modern, nine‑surgery practice located in Blackburn (BB1). We offer a supportive working environment with direct assistance from our practice manager and a dedicated team of qualified dental nurses.

As a Dental Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, helping manage appointments, enquiries, and maintaining the smooth daily operation of the reception area.

• Provide outstanding telephone and front‑desk service
• Schedule private treatment appointments and follow treatment plans
• Discuss and present finance options professionally
• Work alongside clinicians to coordinate patient care
• Support digital marketing efforts and promote practice treatments
• Deliver efficient reception services to support clinical workflows

• Previous dental reception or dental practice experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and adaptable
• Comfortable working under pressure and across flexible hours
• Suitable for dental nurses looking to move into reception or TCO roles
