We are looking to appoint a Curriculum Manager for Maths as part of the school management team. The role involves leading and supporting the planning, implementation, and delivery of all aspects of the Maths curriculum, ensuring quality assurance and standards while managing staff and student outcomes.

• Lead and support the successful planning, implementation, and delivery of the entire Maths curriculum.
• Provide academic planning and operational support at curriculum level, overseeing student progress and achievement practice.
• Collaborate with the Head of School Maths and English in staffing, timetabling, curriculum planning and sequencing.
• Engage in quality assurance practices within the college’s Quality Cycle.
• Operate staff and student operational management to achieve key performance indicators.

• Up-to-date knowledge and experience of the Maths curriculum, including structures, sequencing, and quality assurance processes.
• Degree level qualification or relevant professional qualification at Level 4 or above, and a recognised teaching qualification at Level 4 or above.
• Desirable experience of managing people.
• Qualified to lead curriculum improvement and delivery.
