• Exam Readiness: Focus on GCSE success, using your deep curriculum knowledge to prepare Year 11 students for their final assessments.

• Progress Tracking: Monitor and record student achievement, providing clear, actionable feedback to close learning gaps.

• Collaborative Spirited: Work with the Blackburn teaching community to share resources and maintain the school's high standards of behaviour and learning.

• Professional Conduct: Adhere to all safeguarding and school policies, ensuring a safe and productive environment for all.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): A relevant degree in Mathematics or a quantitative field is essential.

• DBS Check: A current Enhanced Child DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
