An educational organization is looking for an Attendance, Progress and Academic Skills Coach to support disadvantaged young people in Blackburn. The successful candidate will remove barriers to academic progress and mentor students toward achieving their educational goals. The role requires strong communication and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. A Level 2 qualification in English and Maths is essential, alongside the ability to engage effectively with students aged 16-19.

This position offers a salary of £27,185 pro rata per annum.
