Apprentice Academy Trainer

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Apprentice Academy Trainer based in Blackburn. The role includes providing high-quality training to apprentices, developing and delivering tailored training plans, monitoring and assessing progress, and offering support to apprentices throughout their learning journey. The Apprentice Academy Trainer will also be responsible for maintaining training records, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve teaching excellence.

• Experience in developing and delivering training programs, as well as instructional and coaching skills.
• Proficiency in assessment and evaluation techniques to monitor and measure apprentices’ progress effectively.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills to build supportive learning relationships.
• Experience with in the industrial or engineering sectors and knowledge of their training and compliance standards.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple responsibilities in a structured, on-site environment.
• Experience in working with apprenticeships or vocational learning programs is an advantage.
• Qualifications in education, teaching, or relevant vocational areas are highly desirable.
