Lecturer in English — Scale Points £28,273 to £42,655 per annum (pro-rata for part-time employees).

• Deliver English GCSE and Functional Skills to learners on study programmes.
• Contribute to the planning, delivery and development of learning.
• Provide effective academic and pastoral support to students.
• Take responsibility for learner progress, attendance and achievement.
• Manage associated course administration and maintain high standards of teaching and learning.

• Suitably qualified and enthusiastic teacher with experience of working in a further education environment.
• Experience of supporting learners in FE settings.
• Strong, up-to-date subject knowledge and a commitment to inclusive, high-quality teaching.
• Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage administrative responsibilities and communicate confidently with learners, colleagues and other stakeholders.
