Fedcap Employment is recruiting an Employability Tutor/Trainer to deliver high-impact, engaging training across Blackburn, Burnley and Accrington, including group workshops and 1:1 sessions. You’ll cover CV writing, digital skills, interview preparation and career planning.
You will use adult-learning methods, assess progress, and collaborate with teams to meet performance targets. The role is Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm with training leading to progression.
