The Fedcap Group is seeking an Employability Tutor/Trainer to deliver high-impact training across Blackburn, Burnley and occasional Accrington. You will run group workshops and 1:1 sessions, covering CV writing, digital skills, interview prep and career planning.
Experience delivering training to adult learners and a recognised teaching qualification are desirable, with a focus on inclusive, learner-centred approaches and blended learning methods. This role involves travel between locations.
