Health & Safety Lead

Anord Mardix, a Flex company, are a global group that manufactures switch gear and associated products for installation in mission-critical and live commercial buildings ranging from data centres to the international headquarters of some of the worlds largest companies. To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, were looking to add an EHS Lead , located in Blackburn.

Reporting to the Head of EHS UK & IRE, the EHS Lead will be responsible for providing immediate supervision to a group of employees for the implementation of complex activities related to the efficient management of Environmental Health & Safety programs in offices and manufacturing sites to ensure that the required company and government standards and regulations are met. What a typical day looks like:
Overall responsibility for EHS across our Blackburn and Preston facilities Understand and ensure that the implications and duties imposed by legislation are communicated Communicate Environmental, Health & Safety matters to the Senior Management Team
