• ⚡ Define & Manage Requirements – Review, refine, and document high‑level electrical requirements, ensuring they are testable and aligned with project needs.
• 🎨 Design, Analyze & Verify – Develop and implement robust electrical system/component designs, conduct functional analysis, modeling, and simulation, and define verification activities.
• ✅ Ensure Compliance & Quality – Conduct technical reviews, provide inputs to project technical review gates, and ensure designs meet regulatory and safety standards.
• 📊 Support Strategy & Risk Management – Participate in capacity planning, identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and support decision‑making.
• 📚 Develop & Share Knowledge – Establish policies, procedures, and best practices; develop training materials and tools to support knowledge sharing.
• 🤝 Collaborate & Represent – Work closely with internal engineering teams, drive standardisation, and represent the electrical engineering function in meetings with regulators, customers, and suppliers.

• ⚡ Proven experience in building electrical services design.
• 🛠️ Expertise in space management, cable routing, and cable management.
• 🤝 Strong team player with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• 🗣️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 🎓 Degree in a relevant discipline.

• BPSS and SC required.
• Ability to travel to Assystem offices and customer sites within the UK.
• Experience supporting major UK and international nuclear clients.
• Previous experience in electrical power generation or the nuclear sector is an advantage.

Applicants will be required to meet certain residency criteria to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance if not already cleared to a minimum SC level.
