Nottingham | Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 We are looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join a growing water team, working across a range of flood risk, drainage and water infrastructure projects. This is a great opportunity for a graduate looking to build their career within a supportive and technically focused environment, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of projects. The role Supporting the delivery of flood risk assessments and drainage strategies Assisting with hydraulic and drainage modelling Supporting surface water and flood risk studies Working on drainage design and water infrastructure projects Using industry-standard software and developing your technical skills Working alongside experienced engineers and supporting wider project teams Liaising with clients, stakeholders and other consultants as your experience develops About you Degree in Civil Engineering or a related subject A genuine interest in flood risk, drainage and the water sector Some experience with relevant software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, Flood Modeller or Micro Drainage would be beneficial Good communication and organisational skills Keen to learn and develop within a consultancy environment A proactive and approachable attitude This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate to gain broad experience across flood risk and drainage, working on varied projects while developing towards professional qualification and long-term career progression.
