Paraplanner - 3 days per week in Blackburn - Hybrid working

The Paraplanner supports financial planners and advisers by producing high‑quality research, analysis, and suitability reports. You’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience, ensuring advice is compliant, technically accurate, and aligned with client objectives.

• Financial planning analysis — Conduct detailed research across pensions, investments, protection, IHT, and retirement planning.
• Suitability report writing — Draft clear, compliant, client‑friendly suitability reports and recommendation documents.
• Cashflow modelling — Build and maintain lifetime cashflow models using tools such as Voyant or Cash Calc.
• Technical research — Analyse products, funds, and tax strategies to support adviser recommendations.
• Compliance support — Ensure all advice meets FCA requirements and internal compliance standards.
• Client file preparation — Prepare documentation, illustrations, and application packs.
• Liaison with advisers — Work closely with advisers to clarify objectives and refine advice strategies.
• Ongoing review support — Assist with annual reviews, portfolio updates, and performance summaries.
