East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Clinical Skills Trainer to deliver comprehensive clinical skills training across Trust sites. The post supports the Clinical Skills Activities Team (CAST) within the DERI and the Clinical Education Team, driving preceptorship and multi-professional education initiatives.
You will work with multi-professionals to promote education, provide expert advice to ward managers, and facilitate learner transitions from trainee to competent practitioner.
