Health is hiring a Stop Smoking Advisor in Blackburn with Darwen. This part-time role (20 hours per week) is office-based in Blackburn city centre with community visits. Salary £27,976 per annum pro rata.
You will provide personalised, evidence-based stop smoking support and build trusted relationships with clients. You’ll work face-to-face, by phone and online, develop quit plans, monitor progress and collaborate with GP practices and local partners.
