Night Care Assistant

What youll do

Every day as a Care Assistant is different but your impact is always the same - life-changing.

Youll:

• Support residents to remain independent within their Extra Care apartments
• Offer companionship and reassurance
• Provide a reassuring presence and build meaningful day-to-day connections
• Assist with medication mobility and mealtime support
• Work closely with an on-site dedicated care team ensuring continuity and quality of care
• Deliver personal care with dignity respect and sensitivity
• Respond promptly to care calls or emergency alarms within the scheme
• Encourage social engagement and participation in on-site activities and community life
