Administrator (25 hours per week)

Monday to Friday, 9:00am–2:00pm

Manufacturing Business Unit

WEPA is a leading manufacturer in the paper converting industry, committed to quality, innovation, and sustainability. We specialise in transforming raw paper materials into high performance, finished products used across a wide range of sectors. We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Administrator to support our HR Manager in delivering exceptional people services across our manufacturing business unit.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised individual who enjoys working with people, processes, and systems within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Administration
  • Maintain up to date and accurate employee records in line with GDPR and company policy.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contract changes, and leavers.
  • Maintain and update employee details on the HR/People Management System and within personnel files.
  • Assist with maintaining HR databases and generating reports (e.g., sickness absence, turnover, compliance).
  • Monitor annual leave, sickness absence, and other types of leave using HR systems.
  • Organise Occupational Health referrals and manage scheduled reviews.
  • Monitor and manage the HR inbox, responding to general enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant right to work records.
Recruitment Support
  • Post job adverts on external job boards and internal platforms.
  • Schedule interviews and liaise with hiring managers, candidates, and recruitment agencies.
  • Support pre employment checks, including right to work verification and reference requests.
About You
  • Experience in an administrative role is desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, customer focused approach.
  • Comfortable working with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
