We are partnering with a confidential healthcare business operating within one of the fastest-growing sectors in healthcare today. Having already achieved significant growth, the organisation is now entering the next phase of scale and is seeking a Talent Manager to ensure growth is never constrained by people, recruitment or capability.

This is a pivotal appointment for the business and offers the opportunity to work directly alongside senior leadership to build the talent, people and workforce infrastructure required to support ambitious growth plans.

This is not a traditional HR role. The successful individual will combine Talent Acquisition, People Operations and Workforce Planning, helping the business attract exceptional talent, build scalable processes and create the foundations for long-term success.

The Opportunity

As Talent Manager, you will take ownership of recruitment and people operations across the organisation, ensuring the business has the talent, structure and capability required to scale effectively.

This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to senior leadership and significant influence over how the business attracts, develops and retains talent.

You will be responsible for building proactive talent pipelines, improving onboarding and people processes, supporting workforce planning and ensuring hiring activity remains aligned to commercial growth objectives.

The organisation is looking for an individual who enjoys operating at pace, taking ownership and solving problems before they become barriers to growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead recruitment activity across multiple business functions
  • Build proactive talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking and market mapping
  • Develop and improve onboarding processes to accelerate new hire performance
  • Manage agency and external recruitment partnerships
  • Support workforce planning and headcount forecasting across the business
  • Drive improvements across people operations, systems and employee lifecycle processes
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to identify talent requirements and future capability needs
  • Help create scalable people processes that support rapid growth
  • Support performance management, retention initiatives and organisational development
  • Ensure people processes remain compliant and fit for a regulated healthcare environment
About You
  • Proven experience within Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Leadership, People Operations or Talent Management roles
  • Strong track record of direct sourcing and proactively attracting high-calibre talent
  • Experience supporting growth within healthcare, pharmacy, dental, veterinary, health-tech or other regulated sectors would be advantageous
  • Commercially minded with the ability to align talent strategy to business objectives
  • Experience working within fast-paced, scaling or high-growth organisations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to partner directly with senior leaders
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, workforce planning and people operations
