Overview
BAE Systems are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join the Dreadnought Programme, supporting the development of cutting-edge technology that plays a critical role in the UK's future defence capability

Clearance Eligibility:
Full SC clearance and UK eyes only

The job will include:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support Agile delivery across multiple Scrum teams
Work closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritise product backlogs
Remove delivery impediments and help teams overcome obstacles
Coach teams in Agile and Scrum best practices, supporting continuous improvement and increasing Agile maturity
Build a collaborative, psychologically safe environment where teams can openly raise challenges and continuously improve
Use delivery metrics and team data to identify successes, trends and opportunities for improvement
Support effective communication between delivery teams and key stakeholders
Promote Lean and Agile principles across the wider programme

Key Skills

At least 3 years' experience working within Agile delivery teams
