Key Group invites applications for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join a fast-paced IT team supporting colleagues across the business. You will provide 1st and 2nd line support via phone, email and face-to-face interactions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely updates are logged.
You'll work with 3rd line support and external suppliers, assist with onboarding and system access, and uphold IT security and confidentiality at all times.
