It Support Technician

We are looking for an experienced IT Field Technician to support a multinational industrial client across several UK manufacturing sites.

Position Details

• Long-term assignment supporting multiple UK manufacturing sites

Locations

Main activity around Blackburn, with regular travel to sites including:

• Leyland
• Thurmaston
• Flint
• Bridgwater

Travel and mileage expenses covered according to company policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support to end users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues
• Support Windows environments, printers and mobile devices
• Assist with Office 365 and Azure administration
• Coordinate with remote international IT teams
• Travel between customer sites when required

Technical Requirements

• Previous experience in IT Field Support or similar hands-on roles
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills
• Good knowledge of:
• Windows OS
• Office 365 Admin Center
• Azure environments
• Networking fundamentals
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
