Industrial Disease Fee Earner

We are delighted to be working with a well-established law firm that have a leading reputation in the field of Industrial Disease and Personal Injury work. Our client is looking to expand their sizeable Industrial Disease department at their Pontefract office and is keen to hear from Paralegals, non-qualified fee earners and Chartered Legal executives with upwards of two years Industrial Disease fee earning experience.

You will be largely dealing with Noise Induced Hearing Loss cases on behalf of the claimant, with a mix of pre‑litigated and litigated cases. You will also be dealing with some other Industrial Disease matters from time to time.

Pre‑ and Post‑Litigation experience is essential

• Prioritise a caseload
• Work with minimal supervision
• Have a proven billing record
• Experience of handling your own caseload is essential
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
• Good drafting skills
• Strong negotiating skills

All levels of qualification are welcomed provided you have upwards of two years strong Industrial Disease experience. This is not an opportunity to miss out on.
