Head of EHS EMEA

EHS EMEA
, located in Blackburn OR Kendal, UK.

Reporting to the Global EHS Director,the Head of
EHS EMEA will be part of an excellent Global EHS team with the responsibility for developing, implementing and overseeing the organisations EHS programmes and initiatives. This role ensures compliance with all relevant environmental, health and safety regulations and promotes a culture of safety and sustainability across all EMEA operations.

This role will involve ADHOC travel across our EMEA facilities (UK, Ireland and Poland).

What a typical day looks like:

• Team Building & Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing EHS team, fostering collaboration and accountability to deliver measurable improvements in safety culture and compliance.
• EHS Program Development: Design and implement comprehensive EHS programs and policies to ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international regulations.
