Production Operative

Matrix Personnel Group Ltd is looking for a Production Operative to join our clients team in Blackburn, England.

The Production Operative will be responsible for operating production machinery and equipment, performing assembly tasks, and ensuring that quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with safety regulations
• Monitor and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Assemble parts and components to create finished products
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads
• Keep accurate records of production output
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment as needed
• Assist in other areas of the production process as needed

• Previous experience in a production setting
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• 6-2/2-10 shift
• 10-6 shift
• 40 hours a week

This is a full-time, temp to perm position.
