Performance Objectives As a Semi-Skilled Fitter, you will assist in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of aerospace components. This position requires a hands-on approach and a strong attention to detail to ensure that all tasks are completed to stringent specifications of the aerospace industry.

Assist in the assembly and fitting of aerospace components and structures according to engineering drawings and specifications. Perform basic maintenance tasks on tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition. Carry out routine inspections and quality checks on assembled parts to ensure compliance with industry standards. Work closely with skilled fitters and engineers to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.

Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any issues or defects identified during the fitting process to supervisors or quality control. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.
