Machine Operator
Location: Blackburn
Salary: £28k - £32k after completion of 12 weeks training.
Join a leading manufacturing business as a Machine Operator and develop your career in a supportive, inclusive environment.
We will be working within the extrusion department, training will be provided but experience within a manufacturing environment is required.
Shift Pattern12-hour shifts: 8am-8pm / 8pm-8am, 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off
Responsibilities- Set up, operate, and maintain extrusion lines to produce high-quality products
- Adjust machine settings and monitor processes
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas
- Follow health and safety regulations
- Manufacturing experience required
- Flexibility to work continental shift patterns
- Good understanding of health & safety procedures
- 28 days of annual leave (including bank holidays)
