Cleaning Operative, Industrial Maintenance

We are recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to work within a busy production environment in Blackburn. The role involves maintaining high hygiene standards across production areas, ensuring equipment and work spaces remain clean, safe, and compliant with site procedures.

Location:

Blackburn

Pay rate: £12.71 per hour

Shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm (Monday–Friday)

• Cleaning production areas including floors, equipment, and workstations

• Following hygiene and safety procedures at all times

• Using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely

• Supporting general housekeeping duties

• Working as part of a team to maintain site standards

• Previous cleaning experience (production or industrial environment preferred)

• Good attention to detail

• Reliable and punctual

• Able to work independently and follow instructions
