A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced SHE Manager to join a globally recognised manufacturing business with a long-standing history of innovation and operational excellence. As part of a world-leading international group, this organisation manufactures high-quality products that are supplied into a wide range of industries and used in many high-profile commercial projects across the globe.

Manufacturing

• Previous SHE, HSE or EHS Management experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK Health, Safety and Environmental legislation.
• Experience leading audits, risk assessments, incident investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the business.

• Previous experience working as a SHE Manager within the UK.
• Experience managing environmental compliance, permits and sustainability programmes.
• Knowledge of process safety management and operational risk assessments.
• Experience leading behavioural safety programmes and driving positive safety culture.
• Ability to analyse SHE performance data and implement effective improvement plans.
