Lead a High-Performing Manufacturing Operation and Shape Its Future

At Amcor, we're looking for an exceptional manufacturing leader to take responsibility for our Blackburn site and help shape the next chapter of its success.

This is more than a plant leadership role. It's an opportunity to lead a strategically important manufacturing operation, inspire and develop a talented workforce, drive operational excellence, and influence the future direction of the business.

Reporting directly to the BMS UKI General Manager, you will have full accountability for plant performance across safety, people, operations, quality, customer satisfaction, and financial results. You'll lead an experienced management team while championing a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and engagement.

You'll provide inspirational leadership across all aspects of plant performance, ensuring the business consistently delivers against safety, service, quality, productivity, and financial targets.

  • Driving a high-performance culture centred on accountability and teamwork.
  • Leading and developing a cross-functional leadership team.

You'll lead a complex manufacturing operation and continuously raise performance standards by:

  • Optimising productivity, efficiency, and asset utilisation.

Creating a World-Class Safety Culture

Safety is our number one priority.

You will:

  • Lead from the front on Health, Safety and Environmental performance.
