This is more than a plant leadership role. It's an opportunity to lead a strategically important manufacturing operation, inspire and develop a talented workforce, drive operational excellence, and influence the future direction of the business.

Reporting directly to the BMS UKI General Manager, you will have full accountability for plant performance across safety, people, operations, quality, customer satisfaction, and financial results. You'll lead an experienced management team while championing a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and engagement.

Our Blackburn facility plays a critical role within the UK business, serving major customers and operating within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

As Plant General Manager, you'll have:

You'll lead a complex manufacturing operation and continuously raise performance standards by:
