This is a brand-new role created to lead a forward-thinking marketing function, drive brand development, and play a key role in the organisation's strategic direction.

This is a high-impact leadership position where you'll guide a multi-skilled team, collaborate closely with commercial stakeholders, and build a marketing approach that elevates awareness, enhances reputation, and supports growth across a varied product portfolio.

• Lead, coach and develop a small marketing team.
• Own the commercial foundations of the marketing strategy, ensuring activity is aligned with wider business objectives.
• Define the brand's identity, positioning and long-term direction, and oversee initiatives that bring this to life across all channels including website, email, social and PR.
• Work with colleagues across the business to align marketing activity across all product areas.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns that enhance visibility, support sales activity and strengthen brand reputation.
