Are you ready to play a key role in supporting Vital Energi's exciting growth strategy? We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Marketing Assistant to join our team located at our head office in Blackburn.

The role is ideal for a creative and confident communicator looking to start or develop a career in Marketing. As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the Marketing team in delivering impactful campaigns, content, and events that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, social media content, and case studies.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Assist in updating website content and company social media platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and industry insights.
  • Assist in the organisation of events and exhibitions, ensuring brand presence and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather content for our internal newsletter and case studies that showcase our projects and successes.
  • Help monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with the company’s brand guidelines and values.
Essential
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, Events, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • An eye for detail and a creative mindset.
  • Experience using social media platforms in a professional capacity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Desirable
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or Canva.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital analytics tools.
  • Experience working with and editing videos using software such as Cap Cut or Premier Pro.
  • Previous experience in a similar marketing role or internship.
